I hope you are right.
So far, the company seems to have been
very methodical in how they proceeded,
so maybe this will be so in this case also.

I agree with you Vegas, R/S are usually not good in penny land. However I strongly believe this R/S of PGLCD is going to be great for us longs here. PGLCD has already applied for up listing to the NASDQ. We have to trade for 5 days above $3 and will keep the (D)following the PGLC(D)for 20 days and then it is my understanding we go back to PGLC as the ticker again. The big $$$ and institutional investors will take a closer look at us when we are up listed. See below for the press release by PGLCD.$$$. g.
