Because the house is owned by Charles and David Dunworth. Once the title is transferred, officially, then it will become an asset of $SLNX. Next: Solanbridge didn't buy the house. The off books sub did. That was Solanbridge Capital. He used his money to get the house because if any shareholder money was involved, it would have to be reported. There is no fraud, no scam, no sky is falling.
