You mean allegedly an auditor is asking questions. So what kinds of alleged questions did they ask to confirm the oil reserves report? After all SHs don't even know if anyone was hired to do such an imaginary report. Where's the PR which announced the contract?
BTW - just for clarity the word "auditor" refers to M&K ... correct? As opposed to some previously unknown CPA who throws some figures together for a consolidated financial statement.
