There may be hope yet for TECO. Word from Warblerville and Krook Kramer is that Nearbeer, non nicotine cigarettes and no caffeine coffee makers are expressing interest in converting shares into labels. Why worry bout an R S, when an opportunity for real dilution presents itself. Congrats, new BOD
All scams Tesarski was promoting for Blackburn. The SEC securities fraud charges put end to those. Now all there is, is a "Canadian Deal" that can in no way be confirmed or verified in any way...
Bet the SEC is wonder why that is... Hey Tesarski... Where are all those documents that were going to be made available to investors when that deal closed explaining just what that deal was??? Now either the deal never closed or it was all bullshit too... Which is it??? Either way it's more fraud.
Chris Tesarski's accomplishments since "taking over" Treaty Energy...
*Successfully continued to stay delinquent with filings adding 4 more delinquent quarters...
*Lost the Aquinas deal that he continued to promote for Blackburn.
*Lost every single lease Treaty Energy had left...
*Destroyed his Texas operating company Texas Sands. Now out of business.
*Successfully failed to deal with Treaty's many liens and lawsuits.
*Successfully failed to deal with the many, many TRRC issues and in fact adding many, many more... Good Job Chris!!
*Successfully failed to tell investors the truth about Belize and Treaty's "previous management". All the fraud...
*Halfway through 2015 and the "2015 plan" for 2015 BOPD is NOWHERE in sight and in fact is no longer even possible.
*Not a peep about that missing signature for the "Canadian deal". That has probably successfully failed as well.
*Got TECO suspended by the SEC and relegated to the Grey Market.
*And... Successfully failed at making Treaty Energy "A company investors can be proud of " by dealing with all the fraud and making things right, resulting in an SEC lawsuit for securities fraud...
I would say Chris Tesarski has done a GREAT job!!!
