In the original 8-K statement in Jan 2014 about the Rockville Asset Management placement it did state
The Company agreed to use its best efforts to list the Company's common stock on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ or any other securities exchange acceptable to the Investor within 24-months from the closing of the private placement, to the extent the common stock is qualified to be listed on such securities exchanges;
So you are not going totally mad
They would be foolish to up list without regular revenue, but as the company claims we are on the way to top-line growth in second half of 2015, this regular revenue could not be too far away.
