He has never communicated with Sean. The PR says Sean left to spend more time on management of his hotel which needed attention. I did some DD and that is entirely correct.
Plus, Sean was involved when all of the toxic debt deals for done.....so he is well aware of what they were. I think they all thought they could work out other deals with toxic lenders later. The problem is that when you have a real company with real buying interest, the toxic lenders make out like the bandits they are when converting at 50%.....so they have no motive to accept cash deal that is lower dollar amount.
