There is a case to me made for both sides on timing of release of an Agreement.

Most likely is what you said after AS increase.

However, it has to be soon afterward before any new shares are offered for conversion by the company IF they have an agreement lined up.

Waiting longer would result in what we discussed earlier.

Sky is limit I believe depending on agreement.

We shall see...
