4B is A/S, the OS was 850M last Tuesday, and there was about 200M of convertibles left to go. So by the time all the convertible debt is over and BMIX is ready to bounce - the OS here will be 1-1.1B. No R/S will be needed ;) Read more BMIX DD below:
