Yep, he tried the whole tax payer still at risk from FnF thing but they all seem to miss that these banks or any major company may get into trouble and the question is, "would they bail them out again"?
So, my guess is that the tax payer "us" are still at risk from these banks and all the other yahoos on the bailout list.

And most of all Lew agreed it is paid back. He agrees it is a loan and it has been paid back, hence the logical thing to do is return the property to the rightful owners. Now that we have had this exchange aired out in public there is no way the genie can be put back in the bottle. This exchange is an extraordinary opportunity for us to press home for the release of the goods held hostage.
