Better check the record friend! Each qtr for 2014 +annual must b filed- remember this is a reporting co! 2015 Qtr 1 is late & they have not filed a notification of that fact! If the company desires to officially inform the public, it dam sure should not b thru personal emails or via twitter! At this time NEWs of the Official kind is required, not scuttlebut on this board! As for the Klickzie team! No doubt winners, but need now to manage the public company.
