BIZARRE ASSUMPTIONS!!! 1. When they get done with the second part of the Report D stated funding they will be at 90 million dilution.... This is based upon LOGICAL assumption that the suckers investing in this SCAM are getting equal numbers of warrants as shares and that the second traunche is being priced quite a bit lower than the first painted SCAM piece.

I would consult again with my "broker" about how this all works in the real world. No seasoned investor or institution will EVER INVEST in a product that can be replicated cheaper by the very people you expect to buy it.
