#23558 RE: kbbccandyman #23557

Candyman ask the question: Pertaining to the four new patents John Bourque has applied for over the past year, who will own the patents, John Bourque or Bourque Industries?

My opinion, based on my redaction of the content of the Jun 15, 2015 Company Redirection and Reorganization published on the OTC Disclosure & News Service, is that there is no question but that Bourque Industries has ownership not John Bourque as while John Bourque no doubt was the author he created enhancements and extensions to the Kryron process, which has ownership Bourque Industries.

Its expected that the help John Bourque obtained from "not working alone, he has actual scientist helping him" have signed agreements with Bourque Industries that all Kryron intellectual property they work on has ownership of Bourque Industries, not John Bourque.

Phoenix, AZ -

- Bourque Industries continues to develop it's patented Carbon Nanotube Metal Matrix Composite (CNT-MMC) at the direction [of] Bourque Industries's Chief Science Officer John M. Bourque.

- Bourque Industries is currently establishing new Kryron alloy markets as the direct results of Bourque Industries's R&D process into Bourque Industries's proprietary Kryron technology, this with the new research conducted by John Bourque working as Bourque Industries's Chief Science Officer at the helm.

- Bourque Industries past patent process is ongoing as John M. Bourque has applied for 4 new patents over the past year.
