#25539 RE: ubetcha #25538

After all these years and so many dead ends, I'm super gun shy about expectations. I do think Torvec's approach for the watch of focusing on industries that have huge liability problems is the right direction. The fact that they have a lot of research with ways to educate the employer and employee is a real value to both. Lots of opportunity that I didn't expect. Now they have to pull it all together and finish the software. DK is really eager to get it to the people he has contacted, so it should be something in the next 6 months. That seems real fast to get all of it into an actual, wearable, watch, but I think that was the timeline mentioned. A Christmas announcement would be nice.

The pump was always promising, but this time they seem to have the final version ready, with every kind of documentation industry needs. If it is at the engineering show, O.E.M.s will be eager to try it out. The fact that they have NO solution to the EPA mandate other than throttling down the engine, is appalling. Here's our 2015 dozer, it's half as good as your old one. They have to be super primed to embrace the pump. I just have a hard time believing it will actually happen this time. Ready for a pleasant surprise. We do have to remember we have been on a close watch since the FTV, the world only cares when it has to. Sure seems like the pump can't be ignored much longer. Good news for fall would be a welcome reward for many years of faith. EOM
