Because there hasn't been any SEC filings. If there was a change in the BOD for example, an 8-K would have been required. another example would be if there had been what I'm sure many of us fear, and that is a R/S, a SEC filing would also have been required. So from all indications YA is sitting on the sidelines and waiting. What are they waiting for? We can all speculate. IMO they are waiting for positive developments from something. And no, that is NOT insider trading on the part of YA! FYI, I do NOT believe a R/S will occur. I only mention it because I've read it from others as a real possibility. Won't happen IMO. If it was going to happen it would have already done so.
