I would thin now that the r/s is finished, the company has operating cash on hand, and has rev's coming in monthly, and some other projects coming to reality, that the diluting is about finished. And having the OS at about 250 million makes this a no brainer to buy into and hold. WOW 250 OS.... that's what I'm talking about.
