You assume that TGC would havebeen able to raise that additional $3 million...or rather, using your $11.5 million, $5.5MM.

Now you might assume that Nico could simply look to Carlo to buy additional %'s from TGC, but maybe not...and maybe definitely not $3 million for 5%.

You do make sense and I trust Tchauncy's judgement as well. I am simply passing along a different opinion of where we stand...and my trust in my source is quite high as well.
