Tre, I wasn't making a comparison to your statement, I was simply stating that you were correct. There are people who get information that is confidential in nature, but sign confidentiality agreements and it's not public information. Acting on that information is usually stipulated. As far as YA is concerned, I agree with what you are saying and wasn't disputing it.
