Flettster, I agree 100% with you that the company screwed up the 10k, which caused the 10Q's delay. Will it happen again after talking to the company a few times? imho NO. But everyone is human.
Imho all the stuff coming out asap as soon as they are current should be very exciting for shareholders. Remember they were responsible enough to hold off on ALL PR's while they were delinquent. That is a very responsible move by management and I think they are learning with the help of Steep Hill.
