But it's irrelevant because they were essentially recalled which, from what we were told anyways, is the cause of the massive dilution. Which tanked the pps!! Problem is that management is slow and they chose not to tell us about the dilution until AFTER the fact. Now they are just letting it ride down and on top of that ADDING to the dilution. And of course they sit on it and won't say anything until it's done. Whenever the hell that is!!

They honestly don't care about shareholders and that has been showing. I'm pretty sure at this point they've said eff it and are on their own program of just normal day to day work. Then they pump up the pps if they can and dilute more. Been the trend for quite some time as it's what doubled over the last few years?

Yep! Spin it and twist it, but fact is fact. And fact is HHSE is down due to the increased float, however I see this as temporary, when f10 is resubmitted, things will change around here.
Hang in tight, HHSE is set for a record year, revenue will increase at least by a factor 5, if VODwiz succeed or a theatrical release succeed, HHSE is poised for even higher increase! The next year will show, no matter what, something is wrong, when pps goes down in increased revenue and a big theatrical release.

Myth

Then if they were completed and the man had not been removed

from auditing at the time they were turned in, then why would

Edgar and the SEC not approve them? How do you know real audits

were turned in? How can the SEC decline a true and real audit?
