Because the company is diluting the heck out of this! Major selling going on. News gives them ability to sell big amounts of volume . As they force down price more buy thinking they have a deal lol. Next day down more. Company can't be trusted from the looks of it now. Put news out ran it up then did the big public selling wow! Pushed price down and threw a bad screwball at investors. Not cool not cool at all what they're doing. Obvious game playing company big investors ate running from because they recognize the deception fast. Looked great until I figured out the dirty selling.
