Hey changes iv, what was the catastrophic event that occurred that prevented clinicals from starting in '14-'15? Was it the inability to produce 'codes at scales necessary for Tox testing to be completed, let alone at commercially viable levels, now and possibly never?

About two years ago posters here were saying it would be (5) to (7) years before our small company would reach clinical trials. Unless something catastrophic were to happen, we should be in the Clinical Trials within the year (2014-2015).
