Not to mention insiders own around 500 million of these shares. They are not going to dilute themselves down to nothing. As for the debt once FDA approval is granted they will have all kinds of major financing lined up. The debt here won't even be an issue. Folks hold onto your shares. Don't get scared out of them in the 11th hour.
