What I am saying is no time line of a release has been given for completion and their decision making put the us here. Financials were late they said it would not happen again and then comes the 10Q.

Each day more erosion occurs and where are we with the 10Q? Howard days, weeks late?

Your damn right my mood will change once released. Problem is, it could be weeks or months away on top of the 33 days old already.
