I understood what you were saying, but apparently you didn't understand what I was saying. Everybody says they're getting audited, uplisted, this or that big deal is coming, whatever. They're lying. EAPH is probably lying too, about their "audit." It's the smart assumption that they are. Lying, that is--not audited. Why would they get audited when they can just lie about it and publish unaudited financials? It's never a good idea to believe what you read in pinky PRs. It can get extremely expensive, in fact.
I will give them credit, though. They obviously weren't going out on any long limbs on those financials they put out, putting lipstick on that pig. They looked terrible.
