JS+SLS = 494,569,365
RW = 438,597,276

You can not include the SLS shares in JS' total share holdings.

I can include SLS shares because JS gave them to SLS -

JS's total common shares = 223,597,276 just as he CERTIFIED in the 2014 10-K .. Not the 494,569,365 as you stated in your Share Structure message.

And as far as this statement

You made the claim, why don't you supply the list of these share holders. And be sure they are SDVs

In response to the question asked: So, who are these handful of employees, who own 5%, and why didn't JS report them as required ??

Clarke and Hotek are both over 5% ownership - who knows how many shares they hold.
