IJJP -From all the info I can find, the A/S has been 3B or less since 2010. Now 2.3B!

I think President Clifford Pope just might lower that number some more before the year ends, or near the completion of some projects! Of course just in my hopeful opinion! Twice this year alone though... and our lawyer mentioned it once this year in an older post of his email response to a shareholders concerns!
