So, what you are implying is despite they are opening a gulf seafood themed restaurant, they are keeping the MAC's Steakhouse's theme to open "next week" (your words) for expediency purposes? Instead of changing the decor, they are going to stay with the Western charhouse decor, same chairs, same tables, same bar? No change in liquor license, no new Health Department inspections? Not to mention keeping a grilling kitchen instead of what a seafood restaurant needs: Fryers, saute stations, filet stations?

Lobo you said a lot of things. So far no one knows what going on. The sign pole I'm told by friends was painted Red. The doors where closed and they saw large cans of paint inside. No permit on the door. Nothing saying they where opening as Red House.,if your inside, take pictures. Let investors who don't beleve anything Love says know it's opening. Ask for a soft opening date.,you seem to be there a lot
