Actually, that's a rather simpleminded view of a much more complex scenario. Firstly, what you see as .0001 or .0002 can easily be .00011 or .000175--there are six digits of resolution to the right of the decimal, but only four are displayed on t+s or L2. (I'm not 100% sure but believe it's rounded not truncated.) Next, much of the action with this stock is very likely Cortellazzi himself moving shares between nominee accounts. The price isn't important, only the volume and shuffle. Think money laundering and all of the apparent trading here makes perfect sense.
