I think we are agreeing that I spoke to one good thing one analyst found with HERA and that was ironic

I was not commenting on any and all doors that might open to us

My comment was solely that Ironicaly - if one ACCETPS HERA authority to take action one - then Amendment Three becomes a cleaner clearer and worst TAKING
