Current shareholders are an unfortunate casualty of the suspension. At this point they are trying to protect any unsuspecting buyers, ie future holders.

Being exiled to the grey market is part of the punishment, and if they reveal any illegal activities then certain individuals will be also be prosecuted.

Then why is no one at REVO being punished?

be patient. who says there not? i know investors want it now but further enforcement actions frequently take years.
