MANIPULATION AT ITS FINEST! THERE OUGHTA BE A

CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!!! Complete scum that manipulate the OTC on a weekly basis. Its absolutely disgusting!!! You can see it from a mile away, but they get away with it on a weekly basis. Quite frankly, its absolutely disgusting! Its the only problem I have about the OTC and its a big one that needs to be cleaned up or regulated!
