16,000 were bought at .11
There were 90,000 at the bid at .10
After the 16K buy.... There were still 90K at the bid.
Then.... 47K bid at 10 along with the 90K at .11
No manipulation there... I have no idea why you would make such a claim.

Ok... 250 bought at .145
Still.... To claim this is just manipulation??
