Doctors don't take kindly to illegally marketed drugs allegedly being administered to human subjects in direct contravention of the Nuremburg Code.

The FDA are also unsympathetic to medicines being sold without the appropriate marketing approvals, in the case of MNZO's product a full NDA accompanied by prospective approval by CBER.

Really SEC should be closing down obvious pump and dump scams like MNZO before they even get started.

But they'll probably get round to it one day, trapping anyone unfortunate enough to be holding this sorry scam overnight.
