Jesus - I'd have to agree. I've picked some good ones in the past, but this is the numero uno at this point. Never expected it. It just keeps getting worse. It's just relentless dumping.
I'll have to agree this thing is definitely converting but again the Cheaper the price gets the more Attractive it becomes and the Less risky it becomes to many.
The trip's are where 80% of the "Frontloading" takes place, in my opinion, this will have her day, it's how the game is played.

Shame what happened here. Jimmy should be completely embarrassed at this point in his life. I will be back at some point but Jimmy must prove he is an effective leader first. Right now, the jury is still out!
