So it would appear we are involved with a 'former oil refining operation in Canada." When you google closed oil refinery canada, there is a nice list put together found here:

I'm not sure why out of the 3 pilot projects that this 1 "will market the entry of this technology into the Oil & Gas space in North America." This does make me believe the 2 other projects are with Bullmoose and it's this 1 needle in the haystack pilot project we have to find. Come to think of it, I remember hearing our stakeholders are involved with 2 of the 3 pilot projects. Not sure if this is from an email or an update someone else gave. I'll try to locate that

When you go to the above link, there are maybe 12 companies that are former refineries, so it should only take a few google searches to see which ones have an ongoing remediation to remove "hydrocarbons from contaminated surface and ground water"
