Padin The $ELTP-EPIC JV partnership is only for ELI-200 and the monies needed to Commercially launch.

$ELTP planned ELIs ADTs, following ELI-200, such as ELI-201, ELI-202, ELI-216 etc. will not need a Partner as $ELTP will have sufficient monies to go 100% alone.

This is exactly why $ELTP chose EPIC as the JV deal is only for ELI-200. Nasrat Hakim at the CC stated that other Pharma Partnerships were rejected because they wanted ALL of $ELTP ELIs in return for helping with ELI-200.

Nasrat Hakim
Okay, I appreciate your point of view, I don’t see the question but I appreciate your point of view. I appreciate what you’re saying, but the fact is, every single big company tried to double up the entire technology for next to nothing. I will give you two examples, the very first company that came to [indiscernible] offer and the one before Epic, and both of them may have had a little bit higher number in the down payments but all of them wanted the right for the first refusal, they wanted to right to own the technology or sharing the pattern, they wanted the right to diverse it internationally and that’s not acceptable. You do not sell a $1 billion technology for one product’s price.
Epic was honorable enough and great enough to look for a win-win and they actually ask us to write the contract. So, the work with Epic is outstanding, I am very happy with them.

Elite could negotiate from a position of fact. ELI 200 is the test and once proven other drugs to follow command more. So I disagree with totally; secrets are NasRAT's way so that he won't have to answer the hard questions. There may not be other Big Pharma coming after subsequent ART opioids either. NasRAT has intertwined Elite with Epic so much that it may become too difficult to unravel the mess. Yes, Elite and Epic may merge at a disadvantages of the billions hyped on the board. I should have added: An Elite / Epic merger may actually may be an improvement to what we have now. Alone NH will resort to more LPC Good Deals. This could be mitigated by Epic participation since it carries greater weight with its $120M revenue base especially if that revenue base carries good profit levels. Just my opinion.
