Not literally. But it is such common verbiage that both the SEC and companies refer to the 8-k that needs to be filed after a reverse merger as a "super 8-k". That is what will happen here an 8-k that will lay out all assets, shares, leadership changes, etc. for the FUTL spinoff/merger.
