Here is the OTC sight which tells you how companies are reporting on financials. If they are behind on filings they get yield or stop signs telling investors they are not current, which also reflect monetary issues...it cost to get accountants to do this an to file them publicly. If they are removed it tells investors they are current which is a very good thing. Some investors won't touch companies that are behind (lack of info, don't want you to see or can't afford). IFCR is moving fast to clear this up before acquisition. You can see the stop sign in upper right hand. Anyone can add to this for clarification...on my phone, in a meeting. It's a substantial move for a sub penny.
