Take another look. Renee's list (it is stickied) is quite comprehensive. Since I do not believe there have been any recent suspensions for delinquent filers that were not already on the list, it means there are not many delinquent SEC filers not on Renee's list.
As you can see, considering the large number of SEC registrants, the number of delinquent filers is not particularly high. And it also means the 15 suspended in the last 3 days is quite significant.
