For whatever reason they changed course....maybe we'll see gropro down the road again.....changing direction or focus does not equal scam....i dont need to know the reasons....maybe we will some day know the reasons...maybe not....not important to me....if i didnt trust the company i wouldnt invest here. companies change focus sometimes if better opportunities present themselves or if previous ideas dont work out

Because your claims are dubious at best. The burden of proof would be on you just to have a court entertain such a case. Then even if you got it through the company can stall, ask for discovery and drag it out for a very long time. Do you have the money to pay lawyers to keep going to court over and over and over and over etc plus filing things? Probably not but the company does.
