Oh yeah, thankyou.. Thats a good point. I forgot about that element. Sure, he wouldn't take it today, but back then, you're right, they were hurtin bad for $ & I had posted their report (one of the quarterly or yearly's I think it was). I remember reading maybe the last two & the 1st of those valued the patents (I believe I remember now that indeed it was for the entire suite, not just LI) at approx 380k, the costs to that point for them. And the last report had it upped to I believe it was either $404k or $410, something close to that. And the same report said they were no longer interested in being in the business in that capacity (voip service provider) and wanted to just sell out & move on to something else.

That clearly does not reflect & sure seems to refute....that MS offered them $30 million for just one of the patent applications.

This reminds me (ironically) of the claim made a little later on by MS, that "they have the meats!".....whoops, sorry, too many Arby's commercials lately....but that" they were awarded the LI patent...a "patently" false claim.
