(please note this is sarcasm as you read my explanation)
See, it can't happen now with the 1:30 reverse split.
Once the reverse split of 1:30 is done; it will be:
ask 0001 no bid with 333,333,333 shares
but people will not feel any better since they will have lost another 97% off of the presplit value at $0.0001
(30 pre split shares at $0.0001, become one share at $0.0030, which then drops to $0.0001, for a loss of 97% on top of whatever they lost in the drop to pre split $0.0001)
Unless, of course, there is another reverse split because they need more time to unload all of the convertible debt.
