"Protected" is a vague term and can mean many things! The only protection that stockholders need to be concerned with is patented...

There is absolute PROOF that it is not patented! Assuming one considers the USPTO a credible source! LOL! They are the ONLY credible source on that topic!

Without patents, anyone can do the same thing! No real company will pay for something they are free to produce themselves!

The approach behind Cipherloc has been known (and free to use) for over a decade and no one has shown enough interest to even pursue it! A pinky comes along and buys it for $21k... and now it is worth billions? LMAO!
