that says - ironically - HERA making the first step on our faces kosher (at least in principle) allows us an OPEN DOOR to collect on a claim ------ where the illegal nature of the FIRST FED action negates a claim
that is my takeaway - strange as it is - from several articles from longs in various places --- I think all found from links here on IHUB
