thanks for clarifying the "royalties" statement. Yes, I know this is a startup company...as for dilution there is none.
The question remains...will McHenry file an audit? If everyone believed there would be demand for shares....If/when a real PR comes out we will see if it draws attention. We are all waiting for him to follow through with the audit he said would be done by last month.
As for waiting...well that's what we've been doing for a long time. Waiting for something positive to happen here.
It's Friday and no filings...let me guess, McHenry had a kidney stone? It is very hard to believe a doctor would make a patient wait a week to get treatment for a kidney stone. The way it works is, you go to the hospital for treatment and you get whatever surgeon is on that day....have your procedure and then hopefully go home in a day. I'm not buying the "doc made me wait" story. Let's come up with something more realistic...like....McHenry was just to busy at his real job to put any effort into filing DUTV quarterly report. That would be believable IMO.
Now watch..maybe we get Friday after hours filings again!
