Watch for the usual "backlog" game to start being played. When sales revenues suck, penny companies typically emphasize "backlog" to imply future revenues in the pipe. Typically, these "backlogs" are what are really known as "soft backlogs", or mere expressions in interest or term sheets/order sheets which can be backed out of by the potential customer for any reason (and usually are).
Osicom Technologies played that game, claiming millions of dollars in backlogged orders - then virtually none of them ever were delivered and paid for because the "soft backlog" simply disappeared as potential customers did not follow through on their purchases.
Typical game played by companies that can't sell their product is to use phony soft "backlog" numbers to suggest that sales revenues are "just around the corner" (again).
