i havent seen anything about a reverse split.

and the buy back looks to be 100% mandatory no matter what.
you own the share in time of buy back you have to give them up for debentures. which i dont think its a bad thing. it will in one hand put a large debt on the company but i think if they start mining they should cover that no problem.....
