NEW INVESTORS: Implant Sciences Corp won the largest order in its history in December from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) for 1170 QS-B220s, which will be installed in airports throughout the U.S. to protect the traveling public. That award was protested by Morpho Detection, a unit of the giant conglomerate Safran, headquartered in Paris. The protest was dismissed by the U. S.
