Yes. Someone knows that if they spend $2k or so buying up a worthless dead ticker at .0001 then there's a decent chance they will be able to sell those shares at .0002 for a nice profit solely because other people will start buying shares solely because someone started buying shares at .0001 and therefore must know something. Hehe.
