New to this board also. Reading all the past PR'S the company pretty much told everyone what was going to happen. 27 may they raised the AS -big red flag,
Than 4 June they issue the notes
Second red flag.
Next they stated opening the resort,
Now we know why the notes were issued and selling of shares everyone should have seen that coming after they raised the AS.
The next thing everyone should see is keeping the QB status. This is huge for getting decent loans for a company and they have to keep at least .01 PPS. so I expect to see a RS coming soon.
Cost money to make money and they used yours.
